Shipping policy
We offer Free Shipping on Ground Shipping for orders over $99 in the continental United States. Items that require LTL shipping are subject to an LTL Shipping charge. Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Contact your friendly Light Lumen agent to inquire about a particular item.
If a product was damaged during shipment, do not sign for the package. If your shipment was damaged, and left at the doorstep, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We need to be notified within 24 hours of damages during shipment. In the event your item is damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. We offer Returns with no questions asked for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returns are subject to restocking fees and customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred.
International shipment (outside of 48 contiguous states)
- Take an extra 10 days of handling time
- Shipping cost will be separate
- All customs duties and taxes to be paid by customer
Custom or made-to-order products
- Have an extra handling time of 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
